I can't open my chests :/

Can someone help me, i just changed my ign and i forgot that i had my chests locked with chest shop and i can't open my chests now because of my new ign :/ please help. This is on skyblock.org

You have two options.

1.) Change your username back to the original username to have access to your chests again.
or...
2.) Contact Cyp. (This will take a bit of patience due to Cyp being an extremely busy guy; I'd recommend just changing your user back to the original user to have access with your chests again).

 

yeah, i've thought about changing my user back but i can't for 30 days so i'm just hoping cyp can help me, thanks for the suggestions

 

Can't you just get a mod to remove the lockettes? Also this should probably be in the help section.

You must /trust a mod+ so they can break the signs

 

i've asked some mods to help but apparently they can't break shops signs, i've even asked krissy for help but she can't break them either, thanks for the suggestions though

 

Ask a Mod or Mod to help. They can break lockettes but you have to /trust them.

 

Ye. Probably have to /trust them on the island for it to work? Not sure though.

 

He meant shop signs on .org, there's no lockette there. :]
As Noc said, either catch Cyp online, which is pretty hard. Or just change your name back next month.

It's for .org, and mods can't break shop signs.
