Donor Status Is Gone

    I used to be very very active on this server, but now I haven't been on in a long time. I changed my minecraft name a while ago and I don't know if that affected it but now my donor status and commands and everything are gone. I was a $25 donor and people who were on this server a long time ago might remember me but I'm confused as to what happened and I need some help :l
    Also my new Minecraft name is Jennyferr. (I tried making a new forum account with that name but realized I probably shouldn't do that so if you can delete that account and change this account name to that it'd be appreciated)

    I think it was a bug, I'm pretty sure you could get you rank back if you asked Cyp.
