Typing any command more than once in a row doesn't work

For me the best thing to do is just do something like /home and if I need to repeat it I do /Home and alternate a caps, but this is just so I can do it. I don't think it is a bug though, but you never know. Just for now, all you can do is add a caps to the code to do it in a row.

 

I just type // after every command.

 

Prevents spamming which creates lag.

 

This doesn't prevent spam at all. People just change one letter or symbol in their message and just click "T" "UP' 'UP' "Enter" constantly and they can still spam.

 

Yeah, it was helpful before when you could constantly do something like /echest :/

 

Little bro got really mad because /home didn't work.

 

I type the command normally, then type the command in all caps, and do /*arrowkeyup arrowkeyup* to switch between the two commands

 

My point from an old post (see below) is this. While there are workarounds and solutions to the way you have to play on skyblock.net, it is still a bad thing and will re-wire your brain in a negative way. From now on, whatever minecraft server you play on, you will have a habit of changing the case of your commands so they won't be blocked (others have similar actions such as typing a / and pressing enter or doing a non-sense command (e.g. /oiwhgiuhvkj) or someone typing another legitimate command to access the previous one (e.g. /home, /msg Wilson a, /home). While you might think this is a minor issue, I happen to believe this is significant. I do not wish to change the way I play minecraft for one server and develop new muscle memory for trivial tasks. This will negatively affect my gameplay on other servers and leave a lasting unnecessary and likely permanent change to my brain..

 

that is what works for me, on skyblock. It will work for you too on skyblock. Your other servers are not my concern and I don't care what you do on them.

 

That was a rather inconsiderate comment. Other servers include .org and skyways btw. It doesn't have to be outside of Noobcrew own servers to fit in this category

 

I don't play on either of those servers and, if you think that arguing with everyone on this forum, instead of dealing with the problem the best you can, is a good idea then continue. Otherwise, I advise dealing with the bug the best you can.

 

The spam prevention is there to stop people who spam commands. Would you enjoy someone just spamming the same thing over and over in chat? It still does happen but it takes more time for them to, and it prevents people from sending multiple spamming /tpa requests or /msg spam.

I've ran into that problem when repairing items for players. One thing I suggest is for example- if i wanted to do /repair twice in a row, I would do
/repair
And then do
/repair 1
You don't have to use the key 1. You can use any key. Like /repair iejehjwjwwoe or /repair 89929 you get the point, right?
Well, that works with all commands (/fly,/God/spawn etc.). So yea. Hope I helped! XD

 

Also, you can use caps, that works for all commands.
Eg. /repair then /repaiR; /jump then /jumP etc
