The experience has shown that in the masses of server players there are different people and some of them are difficult to deal with. This is an issue for the server staff members as it is their part of duties to help and respond to every player in order to show equality between everyone. So here's the list of tips and recommendations for new staff members or common skyblockers. to not get into embarrassing situation with them. 1) Trolls This type of players perform noticeable and amusing actions in order to get an attention from majority of players or staff members. The way you should deal with them is either ignore (notice that using /ignore is strictly prohibited for staff members as it may be considered as disregard to certain player) and ask moderator to/or use tools of punishment (/mute, /tempban) in case if the troll crosses the line between legal and illegal activity, according to server rules. 2) Foreigners English is known as the official language on this server, however not everybody can't speak it at understandable level or speak at all. This is where the awkwardness may appear and to save the day comes Google Translate. For example, in case if the foreigner speaks German, you can insert his message into Google Translate and it will give maybe not very accurate, but satisfying translation in English. Using that tool you will also be able to reply by translating the English to required language. That way you'll be able to help even foreigners, regardless the language frames. 3) Annoying Players If you're getting constantly annoyed by the certain player/(s) in any possible way (/msg spam, teleport requests spam, island camping, chat spam and annoying messages and etc), use the /ignore command or ask the moderator to use the tools of punishment in case if the situation gets out of handy and the difficult player crosses the line between legal and illegal, again, according to server rules. Notice that being aggressive in such situation won't lead to the good ending and may even result in your tempban, ban or any other kind of staff punishment. Calmness is the key to success.
If you use Google translate and try to translate a sentence, it will almost always translate it wrong and poorly. Using it for words is fine, but as for sentences it will be gibberish for the foreigners.
If someone makes you angry: /ignore If someone spams: /ignore If someone is just being really annoying, but not technically breaking any rules: /ignore Basically it. Don't put yourself in a situation where you might act out. Let others handle it.
