been banned before if yes why: for being toxic and extremely rude to people i have to admit.
was this a correct ban: in my opinion it wasnt a fair ban, fair enough i swear and i was rude how ever im 100% it was not worth a ban also he only showed the bit where i start being rude again however before i even started being rude i told him to stop but reasons why will be left under the appeal
why should you be unbanned: well because i worked so much on my island and also i love this server, only server i actually play so wouldnt be fun without it.

 

SakuraWolf okay here it is: a person was being extremely rude to most people on so i reported the person and he got temp ban of 30 min, also here i am ill bring the brupt part where i actually have screenshots of him saying to much crap so i would like to say this is mod abuse banning me. also i didnt really do much to be fair. not worth a ban but only my opinion lets discuss what you have to say then ill say my point also dont be mad and decline this appeal and first i want to discuss what the affects are.

It should only be a 2day ban, I did not at all mean to make it a perm ban XD I apologize for that. Thought I did the same command as I did for your alt.. I guess I didnt. Ill change it right now. Sorry for the scare.

 

didnt scare me i just found it quite rude really and unfair but idc, anyways just saying this shouldnt even be anything to do with ban mute or whatever as i mentioned he was rude/offensive to me so he gets it back, i have learnt to respect myself and other people however he said lots of crap yesterday when i didnt even speak, i was actually building. so before you actually ban i suggest you ask the person if he wasnt rude or done something to make me make this action agree with me bot lemo sakura?

You've been banned before for being rude to people. Sakura had gave you another chance, but you were rude again to another, even if the other was rude to you. I will speak with photor. But, if he was rude to you, and started talking about you, you should've ignored it, and nothing, will had happened. But instead, you were rude back, and that's why you got a 2 day ban. We don't abuse our powers.

Anyhow, you still think that this is not fair, so may as well address that now. If you have anything showing that he was being rude as well, give it to me and he will be handled thusly. The reason the ban is two day (Which no, Im not "Abusing my power" or "being biased") is because you know better. You know that just because someone is 'mean' to you doesnt give you the right to be mean to them, to curse at them, or to disrespect them. You should know by now that you go to a moderator and the situation will be handled. Fighting back in such a manner similar to this only gets you in trouble.

lol whatever you the mod you abuse if you want or not you do whatever you like and i do whatever i want if something happens then i should be the on punished so lets get over it i aint gunna go cry for 2 day ban i just think its not fair enough also bot yes true i was banned but how long ago was that? and you may ask everyone if i was rude to anyone, i still think this is mod abuse ... my opinion also you got to take it you are a mod so.. my opinion also counts but whatever you do idc really you the mod you decide what you wanna do..

 

I honestly think you just need some time to cool down, Joren. Im not doing anything wrong here. Just because your bans were a bit ago doesnt mean they magically disappeared, youre still on your last chance. Id like you to take a look at two things for me.

You made me a promise that you would not break another rule, that I wouldnt find you in this section again. We had an agreement that "If you are found in this section again, you wont ever be unbanned." -From the ban appeal provided.

The fact that youre getting away with a two day ban, you should be thanking me that Im not being harder on you. I feel as though it was in a heated argument and maybe you went a bit overboard. Its only two days, its not the end of the world. But dont forget, that just because you had promised me just a little over a month ago that you "Wouldnt break another rule", doesnt mean that the promise still doesnt stand.

Youre walking on thin ice, Joren. Youve given me your word, and Im starting to be uneasy that I took it. Dont make me regret it.
