Update /warp faq

    I have figured that /warp faq needs updating with a few things.

    The Obsidian Generators need to be removed due to the update we had and that you cannot build these anymore.

    The moderator lists need to changed due to players not being moderators anymore

    They should update more warps as well, like /warp illegal.

    Yes support completely. People join the server and try to do the right thing and learn about the server by visiting these different warps and they get wrong information.
