[Selling Account] Banned [Lemo] (Accepted)

Reason- i sold a minecraft account!

Did i read the rules- Yes i have currently read the rules and i dont remember seeing that this was illegal
why should i be unbanned- first, i didnt know it was illegal. second i really love this server. Third i have tons of stuff that ive bought on here!

So, entityBear bought the account from you, and you said you didn't know it was illegal. Although it doesn't say so in the rules on skyblock, it violates Mojang's EULA. Were you aware of that?

So you had an alternate account and sold it for in game items.
Could you explain the motive behind that for me, so I have a better understanding of the whole scenario?

 

He had items that ive never had, that i really wanted and i asked how he got so rich, and his reply was he he sold rares. then i asked if i could have one and he said no. i tried to buy one for 12 diamonds because i didnt know how much it cost so then I had the Bright idea to sell my alt bc i was playing (another server) with it!

 

Well in the EULA, although you don't know this, it states the following:

"When you buy our Game, we give you permission to install the Game on your own personal computer and use and play it on that computer as set out in this EULA. This permission is personal to you, so you are not allowed to distribute the Game (or any part of it) to anyone else. This also means you cannot sell or rent the Game, or make it available for access to other people and you cannot pass on or resell any licence keys."

Meaning that you are not allowed to sell the game.

So, just to be sure, you were not even 1% aware that this was illegal?

 

No i didnt know this was Illegal, to be honest i've never heard of EULA, im not on Mojang ever unless its for a name change. Im very sorry i will never do it again!

 

That account still has to be transferred back to you, and once that is complete, I will unban you.

 

How am i suposed to get it transferd back?

 

I'm pretty sure you are able to change all the account information to your name, and then it will be yours again, so there is no way entityBear is able to go onto your account.
