I know Cyp is very busy, but out of curiosity, how much longer should this take? It has been 3 weeks.

I'd just like to add a side note here:
The last time I had played skyblock.net was around 5-6 months before I found out I lost my rank, I believe. I had changed my name around 1-2 month before making this post, so approximately 2-3 months ago from now. I'm just guessing the months here.
I posted this a couple of days after I found out I'd lost the rank. A mod or two in game have said it is no longer a problem and have suggested I'm scamming (without seeing the proof, though) so I thought I'd add this just incase.
Also, I'm around 99.9% that it was because of name change, but I had that 6 month gap, so something else could have possibly happened... I doubt it, though. I purchased the $25 rank, then the rank upgrade to $50 two years ago.
