The man was justifiable. No he did not point or even put his hand on the trigger when those teens came. No he did not do this for no reason. Yes he was justifiable. The man pulled the gun on the teens because they might of attack him. The officer did not know there was backup There was profanity being used against him, which counts as assault. They were a hostile mob. She was resisting arrest. She should of obeyed He should of tasered her when she resisted, but he was still justifiable. Done. What happened(News) What Happened(News 2) Kthxbye
woah. the two news sites... disagree entirely. its odd to see how the same facts can be interpreted so differently
The man was justifiable. - Nope. No he did not point or even put his hand on the trigger when those teens came. - Doesn't matter, still pointed the gun at them. No he did not do this for no reason. - reason matters not. Yes he was justifiable. - Nope The man pulled the gun on the teens because they might of attack him. - LMAO! The officer did not know there was backup - his fault, they have radios. There was profanity being used against him, which counts as assault. - no it doesn't. They were a hostile mob. - no they weren't. She was resisting arrest. - he had a gun on her, its no wonder she resisted. She should of obeyed - why? Because he has a badge? He should of tasered her when she resisted, but he was still justifiable. - Nope. Done. - Clearly.
If he was justified, why was he fired? being forced to resign is just a nice way to say he was fired. why did his police chief say he was in the wrong? I'll give him a bonus point for not shooting anyone though.
media overreaction. the police have to do something to seem in control. though I do think he was probably in the wrong
Not to be racist or anything... but when was the last time you heard about a black cop killing a white guy on the news?
