Sometimes I write something personal/meaningful as my profile post. These posts are something that I want to share with others, but without their comments. I want my thought to stand alone, without be having to delete strings of comments. I am suggesting that you add the ability to disable comments on profile posts. Please tell me what you think. Thank you.
I like this idea. On my current status and previous ones, it was just spammed with comments on it. I don't know if this is something that can be done, but it's something that would be nice to add.
If you want your thoughts to stand alone, there's a diary for it. If you don't want to people to comment on them, then what's the point in posting a status like that?
Pretty sure our dev is a Minecraft plugin dev, but I could be wrong Making an add-on is a crap ton harder than you'd think. Whilst looking for a plugin that does this, I found several warnings against trying to make one yourself.
A developer is able to make a plugin. It doesn't have to be our Minecraft plugin dev. Where does our donation money go if we can't have a plugin made?
It'd be just about as useless as a wooden toaster. Profile posts are meant to be commented on. You're latest message is displayed when you click on your profile, without any comments. Putting in effort to make such a thing wouldn't be worth it.
No support. If you dont want people to comment, dont share. At least you can actually delete the posts which is good enough.
