[USA] [EST] PDA11's Re-Application [ORG]

Before I get into my app I would like to say I why I have been gone recently. I was very rude to Cypriot. I was banned, rightfully so. But now I'm back, and I want to help the community again

I'm putting this in the beginning so you know what happened before you read my app. Around July 2014, I was promoted to a Trial Moderator. I was a tad immature back then and Was a little rude in some cases. I was demoted because I crossed the line at one point and Cyp demoted me. This was the right thing to do. I promise you that I have changed and my experience as a mod I have gotten recently has changed my moderatoring skills.

I was banned once, for upsetting Cypriot. I'm truthfully sorry that that had to happen..

Why do you think you should be a mod?
Well to start off I know a lot about the server. I know the server and its great people. Also I`m on a lot and I can tell when players really need help or there just crying wolf. Most players that are new tend to get scammed and mods can't help it when they are off. I plan on changing that and being on more to help these players out. In my time on skyblock I have seen so many people go, I want to change that. I want to make it so players know they are protected while they are in game. When mods are off most players including myself try to help out. I feel if I was giving the Permission to help the server with Moderator commands, I could make a difference. Lastly second chances have always been big with me, I would like to see players not get perm banned and learn their lessons other ways. If I`m accepted, I think I could make a difference with these certain players and keep them with us instead of having them banned

What qualifications do you have?
Time: I'm very active on the server. In fact I consider Org my second home. About 90% of time I'm on PC,Although the other 10% I'm on minechat. For those you don't know what Minechat is it's an app on the App Store which allows you to communicate to others on servers.

Dedication: When I get involved in something, I will never give up. When I start something I'm at it again and again every day. This is how I have to come to love Skyblock which I will talk about next.

Love for Skyblock: As I said before this server is legitimately my second home. The server has is the only server I consider my server I play for on for fun. This server has gotten me so attached to it, I feel I need to give back.

Patience: Patience is a big factor In anything wither it's teaching your grandma to text to helping a greenbean make a chest shop. I will never yell at someone because they don't know how to do something. If I were to ever feel this way, I would simply get someone else to help.

Creativity: Crew and Cyp are the bosses and I know that, but as a Mod I think I could bring cool ideas to not only the players to the staff as well.

Volunteer Work: I am a Boy Scout with the Boy Scouts of America. As well, I have been working with my local Rescue Station in my town, To someday become a EMT. I have the capacity to handle high stress situations. Something I think every moderator should be able to do.

Extra Qualifications
I nearly never get angry with anyone, and instead deal with it how it should be dealt with. I tend to have a very playful and memorable attitude and, in my experience, that attitude creates an environment in which people are more willing to cooperate and strive to enjoy themselves. I tend to come across as extremely motherly and caring, and that's because I honestly do wish the best for everyone and hope to aid them in all areas. I'm quick to warn and correct, but always retain a polite attitude, even when the situation remains unchanged after a warning.

I have experience with moderating including:

Head Moderator:

Trained and managed a complete staff team. Moderated a 120~ person server while doing this.

ORG Trial Moderator:

Yes, I'm a former moderator for Org. I dealt with reports, used Core Protect, and moderated a xenforo forum.

Server Manager: I'm a current server manager for a PvP server that is holding a steady 60 people. In this position I would moderate and I'm familiar with a lot of people attempting to speak to me at one time.

I believe he has changed from his immature former self, I have been lurking and stalking his activities and he seems to be taking things very seriously when needed. I will be watching his activity but I'm sure it will be fine.

PDA my child. Take my advice don't try too hard, because veins that try too hard and over pump can over work its muscles and the muscles will give out, hurting the body thus hurting the people who cared about the body.
