Hello, I changed my name to Matt_CTG after it was named Matt900217CTG, and I couldn't open the chest's on my island, and now I changed my name back to Matt900217CTG and it says my island is not my island anymore? I am very mad and confused, if anyone can help me please I just want to build on my island but it is impossible now. It would be great if you could add me back to my island. The server does not support name changes as far a s I know. At the moment, you would have to talk to an Admin, I believe, because mods can NOT help with ownership issues... You can try contacting one of them, but due to hundreds of msgs, they probably won't reply. Besides that, I don't know how you can be helped. Krissy_ Can you shed anymore light on this?
Well, I don't think you can get your island back. If your island still exist, a moderator can move your stuff to your new island. Sorry about that.
I'm so sorry you lost access your island, I can try to take some stress off your shoulders and have a .Net Moderator help you move the items you need to recover to a newisland if you would like.
