Alright, you should have been sent an email upon purchasing the rank containing the Transaction ID, its pretty much just a set of numbers. If you cant find the email, make sure to check your spam folder for it. That is, if you, yourself, bought the rank. I forgot to ask, you did buy it, right? Or were you upgraded by someone?

Ask her to check whatever email she used in purchasing the rank, because having the transaction ID would be super helpful. Any proof of you buying the rank would be sufficient. If you dont have any, thats ok, but it might take a bit longer for you to get help.
