I upgraded my rank and lost all my ranks. Please help

    my IGN is xgenje and i recently purchased the upgrade from the 25 to the 50 package and lost both ranks somehow in the conversion. i have both of the receipt numbers if needed

    Log out of the game for 5 minutes (and close Minecraft completely) then open and log back in. Worked for me, if not e-mail the owner
