Yes, only once. I was banned for griefing on dominicgood's island which was resolved with a month temp-ban by The_Dirty_Ninja (While he was still a mod). I have yet to be forum banned Why do I think I should be a Forum Moderator? There are multiple reasons which I think I possess to be able to be a successful moderator. Such are: 1. I only wish to use my granted powers to help and serve the other users. 2. Without the moderator status, I have reported multiple players who were disobeying the forum rules and regulations. If I can, I answer questions asked by other members, I ask my own questions to further increase my knowledge. 3. I keep a calm head and mind throughout all situations. As an example of this, I was griefed on another server and I asked a Moderator for assistance, then, which, I calmly and patiently waited for the rollback to occur. In situations that give me this sort of frustration, I will never anger, instead if I need help I will ask another Moderator (or anyone I need to) for assistance. 4. In the past, I have held judgement and prejudice against certain people. If I am allowed to partake in this job, I will hold no bias thoughts against anyone while deciding any sort of action. 5. In the rare case of a forum ban and appeal, I will only take into account the past bans/warnings on the forums for the player, and nothing else. Some of the personality traits I have and show that I think are a good makeup for a Moderator to have are: 1. Kindness- I always talk politely and try to help anyone with whatever whenever I can. 2. Ingenuity- I can apply my ideas to solve problems that either myself or others have 3. Hard-working- I have worked hard on the forums and are willing to help others and to take responsibility of the Moderator status. 4. Truthfulness- I almost never lie. Seriously, there is not one person who has never told a lie. 5. Loyalty- I am Loyal to the server. 6. Productiveness- I am always helping or doing something, never just doing nothing. 7. Humorous- I can make a good joke as well as take one. 8. Responsible- I take full responsibility for my incorrect actions every time I don't say that I am better than anyone else, nor do I believe that, but what I do believe is that with hard-work, determination and a good personality, anyone can be a mod, which is what I think I possess to become one. How long can you be active on the forums every day? Because it is only the forums, and it is easy to access for me. The minimum amount of time I can be on is 10 hours, and the max being 16 hours if I am on non-stop (I have done this before) Have I had any past experience as a moderator on any server: Yes, I have been an admin of a creative server which since has been shut down sadly. I am also currently a moderator on my friends server, and soon to be admin. I have yet to become a forum moderator. Other Information: Have I had any authoritative positions? I have been in numerous other leadership responsibility's such as class leader, house leader, inter-house song leader, teachers aid at a special school and step-in student for others who may not be able to complete their required task. These have given me the opportunity to learn about the importance of selflessness, leadership and a responsibility to uphold the assignments given to me by a higher, or lower, member. When did I first join Skyblock? I joined skyblock back in October 2012 under the username, sirmitch. since then, the account was hacked, and migrated so I had no way to access it again, hence why I bought darkslash95. I entered the forums in early 2013. What would I say to someone who wanted to accomplish an impossible task? Keep fighting for what you want to do. Never give up no matter how hard it is, just fight through the obstacles you face. If the entire task is too hard, take little steps, don’t just quit. Do I have any way to be contacted (other than the forums)? Yes. I have Skype with a microphone, as well as teamspeak, and in game. How old are you: Currently I am of 15 years of age. My date of birth is the eighth of March How long have I played Minecraft? Do I play a lot? I have been Playing Minecraft since version 1.3 and I play nearly every day. i don't remember writing that, but it is true. Look at the posts you made in my mod app. Many people, including me said you were being rude, which is a heartless act. Many people have seen you acting without authority, which is careless. I don't want to sound like a douche, but what you quoted me on saying last year, is 100% correct
