Staff members should be more responsible then to use AFK pools.

As I have said 4 times now. /Seen shows nothing. A staff member can get on for two seconds and leave. This plugin will show the true online time total of the player.

Well. How are things going while they are "here"?
I disagree for many reasons. If you aren't inactive, you shouldn't worry.

I am active, and I don't need to worry, and most inactive staff have reasons. You out of all people should know that.

Cyp knows who's inactive, and who's active.
/seen is perfectly fine, there are more ways rather then a plugin to see who's active, and who's not.

I know you are active Dew. When staff members are on Teamspeak or LoL more than the server that THEY APPLIED TO, I would consider them inactive.

Let me explain what /seen shows.
    - It shows the last login time of the player.
Let me explain how to bump that time:
    1. Log into server
    2. Leave after 2 seconds
Bam! /Seen shows me as online 2 seconds ago. I am now an active mod! OMG easy.

That is what I am seeing these days. Many players will testify to that point. With this

That might be so, but others will notice. When you have no ban logs, or less voice into the community. It sounds like an amazing plugin, but I don't think it will 'help' the activity of staff.

^ I agree with Dew. People will notice when moderators aren't very active. This would be good to have but it is not very necessary later moderators will be demoted that have been doing stuff like that. I have seen many moderators that are inactive. It would be nice to how active people are if they are applying.

You have half of my support by the way.

I am pretty sure Cypriot would have demoted some staff already if they didn't give him a reason behind why they are inactive.

About the same as they are if they were 'active' I'd imagine. Still have times when no mods were on. Still have a lot of rule breaking going on and a lot of bans and appeals. Still have a bunch of reports.
Also, for this kind of thing you'd have to actually define what counts as being inactive, which would of course lead to a quota being needed for how many hours you have to have of non-afk online time during a week or some set time frame.

Getting back to the plugin itself, I just checked the bukkit page. So what we're looking at here is a plugin that will record every single persons overall time, current session time and time since last death (none of which can be turned off or stopped form being recorded). This data would then have to be saved to either a very large users.yml file in the server files or share the database we use for logblock, meaning more data in what is already a very filled data space. All of this from a plugin that has been left unattended and abandoned for almost a year (the last update to their under development 2.0.0 version was February of last year, and the main 1.4.1 version hasn't been updated since January of last year). Also either the data would have to be reset every day or week, or the Crew and Cyp would have to keep a record of what the overall time for every mod was last time they checked, and then get the difference to find out how much they've been on since then (granted this is easy, but I doubt they want to do it).
