Your in-game name: xstaticxx123 Which time zone are you in? GMT Which languages do you speak? English, Spanish and French Have you ever been banned? I've never been banned, nor do I intend to ever be. A bit about myself My name is jack Hazlehurst, I am a typical 14 year old kid who likes to play minecraft now and then. I do a lot of hobbies: football, tennis, basketball etc. subsequently I am currently studying Graphics in school, the subject is very difficult to do however there's more to do in life then work as a mc Donald's assistant. Why do you think you should be a mod? Moderator is no funny business, as a frequent reporter (most reports send privately on Skype). Being able to take action at the point, waiting not for someone to come along and help, is the kind of power that goes to one that knows what's a bypass and what's not. What's a insult and disrespect to what isn't so harsh that the Mine crafter at the other end doesn't feel offended but feels that he is having good time. For me to be able to use my second monitor and play Mine craft at the same time and know what I am doing is a great capability. Being able to give a warning and note down that warning on a notepad document on the next screen, keeps me well organized, and yet so resourceful. Being experienced with a little taste of Java, and a hobby in Graphics Design, really gives that little extra spice on to my character. I'm just learning Java, and have no new big inventions. Yet I can code just small Java things and help increase servers by just that much. With my Graphics, I can do anywhere from 3D, to 2D art to Low Poly. You name it, I am a hobbyist who designs for some part of the Minecraft "era". By helping making visuals I am certain that it's going to increase the "professional" part of our server. During last year, 2013, I always wanted to bring up my own server, using plugins and bungee cord on which I have learned about how to handle plugins and what plugins are actually worth while. Being experienced like this allows me to be able to work on the console side, where it's also very easy for me. I think I should be a mod because I feel like I can benefit the server. I may look like I don't care about helping on this server but I do, I will help anyone no matter what. I love the people in this community and I will never leave them. I love helping people learn what to do and what not to do in Sky block. Basically it's the "Do and Don'ts." All in all I love the community, it's so chill and fun. I will keep my reputation on a high level. My attitude is calm and it will stay that way to all the people in the server. Helping this server is my number one priority. I will do anything that can turn me into a mod for this server. Mature & responsible Firstly, I always approach things in a mature & oriented manner, as I believe that this is the best way to gain one's respect & make them respond in a similar manner. This is my number one rule when I'm doing anything online - to stay cool-headed, mature & use common sense in whatever it is that I'm trying to do, no matter how bad or frustrating a situation is. Dedicated & Active My extreme dedication to this server is better summarised with the word 'addicted'. I try to do everything for the sake of the server, including helping out other players both in-game & on the forums, voting every day (I'm always at the top~), creating various guides on the forums. Considerate & Observant It is to my belief that becoming a moderator isn't just about being mature & punishing players in wrong. If I were to be a moderator, I would never, under any circumstances punish a player without through investigation. Sure, it may be somewhat frustrating for the reporter. However, it is to my belief that the anger & the sadness coming from a banned innocent player is much worse than this frustration. How long can you be active on the server every day? I play 6-7 hours a day mon-fri and Saturdays I play all day (if I am not busy) Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I am currently serving as a moderator on ajauw1's Survival Server, and admin on xXEthanBXx's Survival Server, and I was an admin AlphaCraft before it closed. I have hosted 3 servers, all of which were closed because I didn't have the time or money to keep them running 24/7. I was also an adviser to Chiquis5083 on ShroomCraft. Furthermore I am now willing to contribute to your server and give a 101% every time I am on your server. That includes: being respectful, trustful, determined, owning up to things and also being happy. Anything else you wanted to say? I just wanted to say thankyou for making skyblock because it really has changed my gaming experienced more like other people they play: cod, battlefield ect. I don't have to stress about lifetime situations when I am playing on your server because I can sit and take a break from school. Thank you for reading your sincerely Xstaticxx123 (Jack Hazlehurst)
Before I comment my personal opinions, here are a few tips for your application: Instead of '4 days a week', try to tell us how many hours you can be on on each day of the week. Try not to use tpo much colour. It just makes hings look very unprofessional - only the titles, yeah? When you're listing your languages, please tell us how fluent you are at each, in terms of reading, writing, etc. Try not to mention other server names directly in your application. Some kight consider it advertising. Have even space-outs between each section for easier reading. In the 'Why' section, I recommend you put your qualifications in sub-sections. For example, 'Mature', 'Active', etc. Add more details, especially in the 'Why' section. Tell us a bit about yourself at the start. Alright, now as for my personal comments: Firstly, I haven't seen you much in-game, but that may be due to timezone differences, so I won't take that into account. However, you are indeed new to the forums. I'd like to see you more active & helpful here, so please do so. You seem like you're indeed trying hard to become a moderator; and I fully respect that...but you seem quite all over the place, if you know what I mean. I can only give you a 10% support for now. I wish you good luck bud~! Edit: I forgot to mention - please edit your title to something like: [GMT] Xstaticxx123's moderator application.
Your application looks good, however the colours are very bright and hurt my eyes quite a lot and there are a few grammatical errors. I also have never see you in game, so until I see you in game I can't support.
No support. From the "New Member" and only 2 messages it shows that you're not active on the forums. You should work on that before applying. Also, I've never seen you in game. You should also work on that.
I would like to see you more on the forums which is another important responsibility for a mod, and possibly less bold on the text as the black is difficult to read. Titles could also be more distinguishable. Your qualifications are good to. Will give you 50% support and I will look out for you.
