For those who can’t read hidden content I wasn’t demoted for abuse as I have seen people assume it and no I wasn’t demoted for that due to I never have done it and I am not like that.. it was to do with the forums and I still apologise greatly for my mistake and offending people, I never meant to offend anyone.

Why do you think you should become a mod?
I have learnt from my past mistake and I am sorry to whoever I hurt in the process of it as I explained in my ban appeal in the hidden content. Over the time I have been demoted it has changed me greatly and I see things differently from what it’s like from a players perspective to play skyblock without no one there to enforce the rules or be there as a constant reminder to play by them. I understand I may never be promoted again in the future but like I said in the start there is no harm in trying and if I do get accepted the server would only benefit from having another active Australian staff member once again.

I would love to become mod again although my past may not look the best it can be. I really just want to help the server again and the community that plays on it. I have always loved helping skyblock and this is partly the reason why I am reapplying once again. Things I have noticed since my demotion is that there definitely is a lack of moderators that play after school hours in my timezone GMT+8. In this time it may not be busy with an average of 5-12 players but this doesn't mean people still play by the rules as they know at this time there is no one there to make them stop or keep an eye on everyone to enforce them.

As many of you people may know I have a lot of experience with moderating. I have memorized the rules and I know how to enforce them appropriately depending on the severity of the thing they may have done wrong. I treat everyone as equals regardless if or if they haven’t got a rank, it would be their fault for breaking the rules knowing that what they were doing was wrong. It’s also unacceptable behavior to cheat in such a simple game rather than taking up the challenge of playing it properly, by the rules.

Another reason why I would like to become mod once again is I am not power hungry or “in it for the permissions.” I would use the limited commands I get to help the people to make the server a better place for all by assisting the people in need of help. Currently I am so limited to what I can do to assist people it annoys me greatly, this annoys me because only a moderator can deal with things and I can’t because I simply don’t have the commands to deal with such things as stopping advertisers, spammers and common rule breakers.

What qualifications do you have?
Firstly I am sorry if I went off topic in any of my in-depth explanations about my qualifications.

Patient: I am very patient when it comes to things like explaining how to make a ban appeal to how to play skyblock or use things such as /tpa and how to make chestshops. I am also good at explaining things in a simple way so even the most newest people to minecraft multiplayer can understand.

Equality: I treat everyone as equals regardless of what fancy rank they may have or don’t have I’ll treat you the same. I find the most annoying thing is some people only see donors as people and ignore defaults as they may have not played the server long enough to think about donating to the server (It doesn't really matter). I just see people with a prefix the same as anyone else and it won’t make me become bias when I have to punish them because it would have been their fault anyway for doing the wrong thing in the first place, they should know better.

Trustworthy and responsible: I know from my past experience as mod being trustworthy plays a major role in moderating. I am a trustworthy person as I am good at keeping things to myself and I never abuse or break the rules on forums or in game and I am also good at having a lot of responsibility which having the rank takes, I am good under pressure.

Truthful: It’s way better to tell the truth then to tell people lies, I can be too truthful and tell people exactly what I’m thinking.. >.> Some people know what I can be like xD If you are doing something I don’t like I will let you know, not in a way to cause flaming though.

Respectful: I respect people’s opinions and what they have to say, everyone deserves to be respected is just depends if they lose it, this doesn't mean I am not going to listen to them or their opinions if they do…

Active: Yeah, I don’t really need to go into detail because the 3rd last question and the qualification below this tells you I am very active both in game and forums.

Easily contacted: Majority of the time you can find me in game if I am not there you can easily message me on Skype as well as the forums. I am not the type to complain if I am faced with a complicated question or someone is in need of help in game, if I can get on a computer, I would get on it.

Easy to get along with: This is one I am extremely good at ^_^ it’s very useful too. If I couldn't get along with people I wouldn't be reapplying right now. Without getting along with people there wouldn't be any reason I would want to help people… right? I think I don’t need to discuss this any further.

Easy to talk to: I’m one of those people that I’m very easy to talk to. This is good because if people ever need help I am only a message away, I am easy to get along with and I can understand the problem they need assistance with or answer the question as I have probably dealt with it before.

Friendly: Being friendly is one of the best things I am good at, without friendliness there is no point in getting staff. I am the type to not flame at people when they are annoyed or distressed but to remain calm and sort out the problem out or answer the question.

Fast typer: I am a moderately fast typer, it’s a extremely good qualification to have as you’ll have to be fast when having multiple conversations in chats at once. It’s also very helpful for when it comes to kicking people for “caps” and “inappropriate language” etc.

Mature when necessary: Yes, believe it or not I can be quite mature, it just depends if I am facing a serious problem or not. This doesn’t mean I act immature to those who ask silly questions that you’ll assume everyone knows, majority of the time I am quite mature.

Very persuasive: I am very persuasive when it’s about making people follow the rules, I do it in a way that doesn’t make people flame at me or others, I believe this is a good qualification because it’s easier to tell the player what to do right then to instantly punish them which would make it worse and them more agitated.

Kind: It’s very helpful to be kind, it’s one thing I am good at It’s useful to be because it’s better to be so people would go to you as they’ll know you are willing to help them.

Strict: When it comes to enforcing rules I am very strict, if I wasn’t there is no reason in me applying because I know you have to be to make people follow the rules and punish them if they don’t. Without being strict it would be incredibly hard to moderate as people would get away with things without consequences.

How long can you be active on the server every day?
I am usually active whenever I have the spare time which is a lot if I don’t have any school on, I am usually on for random amounts of time each session but at times I just play constantly for hours without stopping.

Tuesday: 2+ Hours
Wednesday: 2+ Hours
Thursday: 2+ Hours
Friday: 2+ Hours
Saturday: 4+ Hours, Depends if I am not busy and I have no homework/assessments.
Sunday: 4+ Hours.

How long have you been playing skyblock.org? I can’t exactly remember but my oldest screenshot of my island before the reset was in February but I played about a month or so before it so it’ll be in late December 2012 or early January 2013. So over 2 years I have been playing.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, I do I have a lot of experience with moderating; I moderated .org for nearly a year and a half (About 14 months). I am more than capable of moderating .org due to the great amount of experience I already have gained in my past as a full moderator. I also use to moderate mineverse which made me learn to act more easily under pressure and learnt to deal with multiple conversations and scenarios at once.

Sounds like you are applying almost because people want you to. With the "By popular demand" thing, honestly you should be mod because you want to be mod, not because others want you to. But all things aside, I fully support this because it sounds like you were a great moderator and this a nice application.
