Why Crakrjack was banned

A joke about having a bomb cant cost lives and it certainly seems that a large chunk of this guys life in building that island and amassing all that loot was lost.
I think Blaq's analogy is appropriate.

So am I assuming correctly that Cyp was the "guard" who authorised you as the "bomb carrier" to delete this guys island???

I don't recall being the one to do a single thing to his island.
And no, it's comparing the loss of someones life in the off chance it isn't a joke, aka CAN cost lives, not will.
His island being deleted and me just saying I did it as an alternative way to let him know the items are gone, so there'd be no reason to go try and find anything is completely different.

You're not involved, and have zero clue of half the nonsense that went on, so I don't blame you for looking at it differently, but yes, a joke about a bomb at an airport is considered something that would of risked peoples lives had it just been a joke that wasn't taken seriously, but then turns out to be real.

Ok, well, no offense, but why are mini-moderating me, as I recall I said "There might not be a rule" not "There is no rule". Thank you anyways, I've already been spammed in pm that it is a rule, but thanks. Oh and, If you do not leave your island? Well, that's also a statement that is extremely arguable, as well as controversial, if the player stumbles onto an island with inappropriate structures, that's where the problem was. I'm not saying the rule was flawed. This is a very complected situation.

 

You did say "there might not be a rule," which clearly implies that you didn't know that the rule existed before I & others pointed it out. So I just wanted to let you know that there is a rule, but I was unaware that you were spammed in PM. My apologies for that.

But since you didn't know this rule existed before you made your post, it also means, you haven't read the rules. You might want to get on that.

And I wasn't mini-moderating you. You didn't know such rule existed, so I brought it out to your attention so that you are aware of it. I was just being nice and just let you know that there is such a rule.

You're forgetting that last statement in the rule: "...it is always illegal." That statement implies everywhere, irrespective if its on your island or not.
