    1. Server name (.net / .org ): skyblock.net
    2. In-game name: Destroyergobots
    3. Are you now or have you ever been Banned at Skyblock (explain)?: I am now banned at Skyblock because I was using mods
    4. Did you read the rules & in-game /warp FAQ?: Yes, I have read the rules
    5. What exactly did you do? (Rules broken, dates, coords, in-game accomplices) ?: I accidentally turned on Minecraft with my Forge account and used a mod on the server
    6. Why do YOU think you deserve Amnesty ?: I believe I should get amnesty due to it being a one-time mistake and I have been on the server for about 2 years. I made this one mistake and I should get un-banned.
