If you had a $25 upgrade, you should be able to sell it to someone else on the server for about 250 diamonds. Whether this would be allowed or not, I don't know.
This is actually the most likely outcome! So the title "Top Voter" doesn't really suit. Personally I believe 'buying' votes like this defeats the purpose of having a ranking system. But I'm sure all servers do it so it leaves Crew with little option other than to do the same or lose out.

"yay" contributes nothing to the conversation. You could at least say, "Wow, thanks for implementing this, we really needed it back" or something of the sorts, otherwise you could've just agreed with something already said.

You could increase your post count by thousands if you cared to make the same comment to every one word post on these forums, I see no issue with SirStealYourGirl 's post and understood the message that he was able to sum up in one word.
