I've recently tried to upgrade from a $25 donor too a $50 donor. The payment went through but, I haven't received it yet on the server? it's been about an hour an a half.. Going on 2 hours? HELP!
We're you online at the time of the donation? Don't you have any proof you donated? - Such as receipts or emails. Without proof there isn't much Cyp can do as he doesn't know if you've actually donated or not so check through your emails to see if you have recieved any from buycraft. ~Rocky
I wasn't online no. I have proof and I've already sent it too Tyler, another mod. I can do the same for cyp when and if he asks. I don't feel comfortable posting my receipts online.. Lol.

The attached file is not hidden. Follow these steps: 1 Put the picture in full screen 2 Put it in hide brackets Now there won't be an attachment at the bottom

So It's been most of the night and I still haven't received it. I'm seriously considering a refund as It's removed my $25 donor perks which I bought a couple of months ago, when I bought the $50 donor perks. This is really, really annoying..
That's weird that it would remove the 25 but not give you the 50. Sorry about the delay, I'm sure CypriotMerks will get around to it soon. I wouldn't recommend a chargeback because it won't return your $25 donor and will actually get you banned. When your $50 donor goes through contact me and I will make up for the kits that you've missed during this time.
This is stupid.. Honestly. I understand he might be busy, but I'm busy and I still have time to look into things that are actually important. I can't get a re-fund because I'll get banned, I can't get in-touch with him directly because he's never hear to reply or sort this out. This is really, really f***ing annoying me now.
Cyp says that he's fixed your donorship problem. Please confirm that everything's working and I'll deliver your missing kit to you
