Someone needs to teach the net server the difference between block lag & fly hacking!! I've had 4 temp bans in 2 days & every time it has been an issue of block lag but I get 2 hour ban for fly hacking.
Yeah but this creates an issue. I just want to play the dam game, but I can't because I keep getting bogus bans. Oh & I just have to wait 2 hours before I can play even though I did nothing wrong. What's the point? This is an issue that needs to be fixed I'm getting tired of this s***. It's getting to the point I can't even enjoy the game.
Contact a moderator on the forums, If you get banned by the console for block lag (Console thinking its fly hacking). That's what I did and the moderator came online and unbanned me, Just as long as you tell them it was a mistake ban from console they should be able too unban you.
I dont really think this can be fixed. Also, i have no lag when i get into the server. If you dont have optifine, get it here: OptiFine It reduces lag
I have optifine I've just been getting lag spikes, & it just started happening this week. War I have talked to 3 mods & they have said they can't do anything. None of the good/real mods are on. I't just makes me mad, what kind of server is this? Why can't I get any help? It really makes me rethink upgrading my donation.
if you login onhalf slabs it will ban you for hacking, be careful where you log out :I there isnt much else we can do as were no allowed to unban console, are you a donor50+?
No I'm a donor 25, every time I get ready to upgrade my donor some issue changes my mind. ATM I'm sitting on the 75 i was going to use to upgrade because I can't justify upgrading when I am always dealing with issues like this.
It's not a logging in or out issue. It was clearly block lag. The block I was standing on vanished under my feet & a second later I got kicked with a ban.
okay, sometimes when you place blocks and the server is lagging, it only does it client side so it shows you its there, but your actually floating in mid-air. When you are donor50+ we are allowed to unban console bans as you have /fly, and when you login it automaticaly turns /fly on
If you are getting block lag you may want to stop mining. And I guess try not to remove blocks below you. And the general tips of not logging off on half slabs etc. What I don't get is why console cannot ban fly hackers in spleef which is an actual issue. But it's just the way it detects players movements and that cannot change. Unless they change bans to kicks or shorter bans
Just happened to me again :ah My stone gen is too fast. It works fine at night, which is when I'm on most, fortunately. But there are too many people on in the morning and it lags out on me, annnnnddddd TempBan!!
