Unfortunately, yes. Once for a swastika sign in chat about a year and a half ago, and one more recently for misusing a mod permission.

Why do you think you should be a mod?
I feel as if I should be mod for many reasons, the main reason I applied for Moderator 16 months ago was to really make a goal of mine come true: Help out the community to the best of my ability, and make it truly the best experience for a player that they could have. I feel as if I had accomplished that during my time as a staff member. However, there will always be room for improvement, and I completely understand that. I am willing to do whatever it takes to prove myself again. When you moderate a server with many players everyday, you develop thick skin. I have been called many horrible names, over time I have become basically immune to them. So with this trait, I truly feel as if I would handle any situation thrown at in an unbiased manner. Being a fair and equal moderator is very important to me. If someone is complaining about the way I am handling things, I don't just shut them off. When you don't have an open mind, you're in a bubble of thinking you're always right, and everything you're doing is the right way. So when given constructive criticism, it will not be taken with a grain of salt. Another reason as to why I feel I should be mod, is because I know the gist of the server. I have developed a strong knowledge of how things work around here. Every player is my friend, and I like to keep up that relationship while moderating. That brings me to my next point, managing my time between moderating and playing. Most of my time on the server as a moderator consisted of just moderating. However, I did play some. I just felt it was more important to help out while I was online, especially since I enjoyed it. I am a teenager in the real world that does have friends, but I promise to balance my social life, and Minecraft life equally. Both of these are very important to me, so I have found a systematized way to fit both into my schedule. If/when I receive my moderator rank back, I will be sure to handle all the reports to the best of my ability. I will continue to create different warps for the staff team to better utilize our ability of teamwork. Creating the most helpful, fun, and innovative warps to better moderate the server is what means the most to me. I have made several different warps for our team in the past, I would hope to continue, as I already have a few ideas in mind. Skyblock.org may not have the raging base of players as we have had in the past, but I honestly believe that if I was allowed back onto the team, I would make the difference needed to bring up the players at least a bit. I really miss moderating, there isn't a day that comes by without me thinking about. I care about this community.

• I have a sense of humor.

• I can be serious when needed.

• I get the job done, and I will try hard not to let anything in the way of it.

• I can multitask.

• I have a nice computer, so I can teleport to any player and help in almost any circumstance.

• I'm very good at investigating, as in finding little details, and ultimately getting down to the issue. Such as an illegal god item trade, I look out for messages in social spy, and look for key words. This is the best way to find out about illegal activities going on in my opinion.

• I can work on a team well.

• I have a fast internet connection, so that won't be an issue.

• I'm very easy to connect to many players, as I have a mutual age with many of them.

• I'm open on Skype when needed.

• I'm very active on forums, I follow every single report/help section for quick help when there is a problem. I'm open minded, and unbiased when it comes to decisions.

• The players really are my family, if someone is being teased or even worse, harassed; I have the instinctive feeling to help. I care for these players with all my heart, and every single one of you mean a lot to me. Everyone here has the right to play on a server they love, without a bully taking that away from them. I definitely feel as if I just have the general hang of things, I know how things work around here, and I will make sure to use my background knowledge about the server when I am moderating.

• I am involved in my community, I take part in Spanish club, and soon to join the EC Buddies program (Helping out with the special-needs students.)

• I can type fast.

• I try and think of the best ways our staff team can work together, and make builds, threads, etc. to do so.

• Always have an eye on chat, even when playing. Some may not believe me, but if you worked with me, you would know that a player would be kicked in a matter of a second or two.

• Whenever there is a problem, I will be sure to kick/mute/ban appropriately.

• I will/have kept up with my ban appeals, with proper grammar, and manners.

• I am organized, so when I need to ban, I will utilize my ban log thread in the most organized manner that I can.

• I am very familiar with the XenForo software, so moderating these forums again won't be an issue.

• I am creative.

• I will never disclose any moderator info, as I still have not prior to my demotion. Every single staff secret will be stored in my mind, and mine only.

• I am passionate about the server. If there is something that I feel is not being handled right, I will make sure to speak up. That is a great quality in my opinion. Nothing gets done without speaking your mind, and doing so is so very important to me. If I hadn't pushed over and over for what I believed in for the server, I truly think that we wouldn't be as far as we are today. Many of my suggestions are innovative, and creative. Several have been accepted, and that is something I am proud of. Knowing that I suggested something, and it being implemented for our big base of players means the world to me.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
I can be active on the server everyday ranging from 2-3 hours.

How long have you been playing skyblock.org?
I have been playing Skyblock.org since November of 2012.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes I do, I was an admin of 3 small servers, an owner of a server, moderated Skyblock.org for 11 months, 1 month as a Super Moderator, about 1 month as a moderator on Skyblock.net, and 11 months as a moderator on the Skyblock.net forums.

Sidenote:
I know that not everyone is perfect, but I will attempt to keep my mistakes to an absolute minimal if/when I get the moderator rank again. I thank you for taking your time to read this again, and I can't wait to see what's to come in the future

You were also very dedicated to your job back when you were a mod. That's where the 99% comes in. I'd also like to say why I support.

Andrew is, from what I've seen, one of the nicest people on org. He is not only active, he is also very helpful. Not only these, but also, he is very interested in the server and wants the best for it. Many of his server suggestion were taken into consideration by Cyp. Furthermore, he is constantly answering people's questions in chat, questions which vary from basic minecraft stuff to more advanced Skyblock.org specific things.

As he said on his app, he can be funny, and serious when needed, which I think is definitely true. He treats everyone equally, and has always taken staff-related decisions in a completely unbiased manner.

I truly believe he deserves another chance.

I can totally understand that. I am not going to sit here and make excuses, but I can tell you that I honestly did not have any intention of harming the server. I personally feel as if I did not harm the server, but of course that is just me. In no way will it be my intention of doing something to harm the players or the server.
