So dr. rainbows am i going to be banned much longer for others leaving items on my island that i never asked for? because i believe thats completely unfair and i've already said ill get rid of the sand and from now on ill report anyone who leaves items on my island that are illegal.

Is it ok if i call you dr. Rainbows instead of paul blart skyttles?

 

How about you straighten up and treat him with respect, because he is a moderator just like the rest of us, and we all deserve respect, especially when you're trying for an unban.

 

Gemma im treating him better than hes treated me... i believe respect is earned and not given and sofar he has just been blaming me for things and assuming ive done wrong things instead of trying to get me to explain things like a civil person... If i'm Unbanned ill treat him with more respect but i believe i deserve respect back.

KittehGames, in case the reason for the ban wasn't already sufficiently clear: You're being investigated for possession of a large quantity of Sand, deposited onto your island by tinto098.

First up, name calling and other forums of disrespect on this appeal will not be tolerated, and will only serve to prolong this appeal and the in game ban, and may also cause a forums ban. I was online yesterday throughout the time that Skyttles was investigating, you were rude and refused to answer questions that both Skyttles and I asked. Replies like "none of your business" is NOT appropriate when a mod is questioning you. Many players in the past have tried to be smart-mouthed with the mods and I can assure you that it does NOT go well for the player.

Mods do NOT have to explain the details of our whereabouts or questions when undergoing an investigation, other than to state that it's for an investigation.

I have the following questions to add:

1) Were both alphakat97 and tinto098 coop members simultaneously?
2) When did they join and leave the coop?
3) How long have you been playing on Skyblock (from the most recent time you restarted playing)
4) How long have you been a donor50 for? (Go look at your transaction ID, if you are going to say "I can't be bothered to look" then I can't be bothered to unban you either).

When the coop left they should have taken the sand with them. I doubt that they would just "leave the sand there", since it's a relatively precious resource.

 

It is not alright to address a moderator by anything other than their chosen handle: in fact it is quite rude. If you are unwilling to stop then this appeal cannot continue.

 

Respect is earned, and as of now, you haven't earned a single iota in mine, or many other moderator's books. So I suggest you start taking the appeal seriously, and minimise the OT posts.

2) When did they join and leave the coop? round 4 weeks ago
3) How long have you been playing on Skyblock (from the most recent time you restarted playing) around 5 weeks
4) How long have you been a donor50 for? (Go look at your transaction ID, if you are going to say "I can't be bothered to look" then I can't be bothered to unban you either). I didnt donate the guy who left the sand did so i have no clue

 

And what did you give in return for the guy with the sand to donate for you?
Give it your best guess, 2 weeks a good estimate?

 

Blaq i didnt ask him to donate remember it happened randomly when we were dealing with some noob taking my spawner at skybase and i turned donor mid conversation its been atleast 3 weeks maybe a few days more

 

BTW Me and enderdragon both think making sand illegal to prevent island farming because it would take farm too long to get any real amount of sand when u get 3 per island

Also if you have a problem with a nickname just ask me to make a new one :3 - Talkin to you skyttles

Also blaq sand isnt very precious to many people... who do you know that needs a dc of sand .-.

 

So am I not being unbanned because I didnt beg and plead and cry and kiss up to you guys like all other appeals because if so thats kinda bs..
