8. I griefed my own island, plain and simple, which isn't against the rules. I bought the island from my neighbor and let jackocat66 live their as well as another person (recently kicked out) on the other side. As I now no longer liked him, I also kicked him out. I gave him 2 weeks to move his stuff, which he didn't. And seeming that I used my own materials to build his house and farm, I retook my materials. He was given plenty of warning which was not heeded by him, which resulted in this, an incorrect ban. My island, my materials, I followed all the correct procedures to kick him off my island, I don't see why I am banned.

Um, I really don't know what to say, except I was in a call with saints and I remember another player griefing the leaves, if you want to check out YmGamer also, but that's beside the point. I know it doesn't really matter about refunding, but if I am unbanned I will refund it all. Other than that, I am speaking to Saints on another server and we are talking through a solution, which I will post here once decided (Saints will also contact you). Other than that, there isn't much else I can really do

 

I didn't. As far as I was concerned, I did not break anything, but by the logs I did, as as the fact that he is my friend, it is a total accident

 

Well, what would you like me to say? I am very sorry to saints for griefing his island and I plan to make it right. I am sorry for making you waste your time having to deal with my faults, and I promise I won't ever do it again (unless I have express consent from the island owner). I know the rules and I should and will follow them. People make mistakes and don't think before acting, which in this case I did. I have apologized profusely to him and I have promised to him to not be on his island without him also being on as well. I would say that I have learnt my lesson as I know my faults and plan to rectify them, which is why I made this appeal in the first place

 

Like anybody, I can't promise not to ever break a rule again because accidents sometimes happen. I will, however, try my best to keep them from happening. People can learn from everything, but for some people, it is harder to, like me. I almost always act before I think, which, even though I know the rules, I break them, and then realize the consequences

 

I would ask permission to enter someone's island and leave when they leave or ask me to.
I will ask permission to break any blocks on anyone's island but my own.
If I am helping someone, and they log out before I am finished, I will ask a mod if I should continue or not.

Basically that is all I can do. I can promise things, but no body can promise to be good forever, no body is perfect.
