People are constantly complaining that they have lag so they announce it in chat by saying "lag".. I mean what are you getting out of saying lag? it does nothing, it doesn't get rid of lag. Anyways I wanted to make a suggestion that "lag" and every this associating with the word lag like la g, l a g or even spell it wrong which people do that with other inappropriate stuff should be put into Pwn Filter. This may or may not be the worst thing to suggest but it is a little irritating to always see "lag" in chat. Thanks for reading this x ^_^
Took me idea Yes I would like to see the word lag and as many of the variations being added to the pwn filter. This is because of something I noticed. Happily moderating the server and then the dreaded crash. No commands, everyone panics a little. But the chat suddenly fills up with hundreds of player saying Lag, then various people swearing at others to stop saying lag and it become a huge mess mods cannot solve because they cannot /kick or /mute. I guess words with lag in them may suffer but something has to be done to stop people from saying lag, and making it more difficult could be key.
Hallelujah. I support this. If swag, yolo, and bored are blocked, lag should be. That is terribly annoying. SUPPORT.
I do not support this though the results of this can be very amusing. anyway we have enough trouble as it is with the letters a, s, and s together in a word. Now we will have the same problem with the letters l, a, and g. I've been on a server where lag was filtered out. It doesn't stop players from complaining about the lag.
People would just bypass this by typine l ag or l@g or any other variation, and since it's not technically a curse word you can't be kicked for language.
No support. As said above, people will still complain about the lag no matter what they do about it .
