'cause I'm a nice guy and a helpful player and been playing skyblock for less than a week(I think).

I didn't know exploring was banned, but I do now.

The items I took from clearly abandoned islands were not missed, and I only came to grief myself when I invited someone to coop(isaacrichards11), and he was chastised and inventory stripped(I know not who by) for bringing items to my island, some of the items he lost were those I had given him to help build. He was then banned for the bridging and griefing which I had (innocently and victimlessly) done.

I was subsequently banned while trying to explain to DewDew that IsaacRichards11 deserved no punishment for the bridging I had completed(presumably started by someone on the abandoned islands) days earlier. He asked me what I had done and I told him. He told me he would have to ban me and I said it's ok I understand.

If you decide not to unban me then someone owes IsaacRichards11 an apology, at the very least.

Anyho you have a fun server and I'd like to keep playing - having RTFM now, of course

Thank you for your honesty, I want to know if you remember anything you had stolen. If so what items and how much.

 

Wow that was fast. Please note I don't in any way deny wrongdoing, nor resent being banned. Ignorance of the law is no defence....

Ok here's the timeline:
I started playing about a week ago. Restarted island a few times after making stupid mistakes.
Chose to make cobble-towers instead of generator - Have to have a bucket for this.

4 days ago I lost my bucket. Not knowing about mob arena I struck out for an object in the distance. It was a bridge to an abandoned island with nothing on it but a bridge to another island, which had no tree, mostly stripped of dirt, but a chest with a full starter pack. I took the lava bucket and some dirt, and noticed another bridge continuing on. But I had what I needed so returned home to continue building. About this time someone advised me to do Mob Arena to get iron. Aha!

Couple days later I followed that bridge, encountering another island that someone had spent some time on, had no water or chest, but the bridge continued. I dropped a permanent water source in case it wasn't abandoned and continued along the bridge. Next up was a virtually destroyed island - looked like it had been TNT'd. Chest was empty and several lava sources were draining down from the few dirt blocks left. I took the lava sources since I now had buckets from mob arena iron.

So - all up: 1 lava bucket, 10-15 dirt and 5 lava sources from 4 clearly abandoned islands. If anyone actually missed those items I'll eat my hat.

Happy to take someone on a tour of the area to prove it all didn't get the coords, though....

 

I can get these items, once I do, I trust that you will not do these actions again.

 

Most certainly not. You will find them close to my island's spawn point - a locked chest and 4 lava sources. It would be nice if you could leave me with 1 lava.

Then again I spread out quite a bit before reading the rules. Maybe better just to delete the whole mess and I can start over.

 

When you get back on to the server I am going to ask you do /newisland replace
