Cyp needs to post the complete org rules

GoD is basicly when a enchanted book has over the normal level of enchants, lets say you have a enchanted book with looting 36, that would be considered GoD, but if its like looting III, thats legal, basicly any enchant level over the normal vanilla minecraft level. It doesn't just apply for looting, it applies for all enchants.
Now if you hold a normal book in your hand and do /enchant all, thats perfectly legal.
