Yes sorry, I saw Cyp transfer the rank but he typed your name wrong. You have numbers after your forum account name so he thought that that was your in-game name, but it is not. Apologies for archiving the other thread. It also would have been helpful how ever if you used the correct template in the last report, he would have known your in-game name, can you please fill it out now? Thanks.
