About Me My name is Connor, I am currently 14 years of age, and a year 9 at high school (a turd). I live in Christchurch (New zealand). I live in a house built by my parents with my Mum, Dad and Brother. On the 04 Of September 2010, My city came a cross a terrible 'Natural Disaster' a 7.03 Magnitude earthquake which shocked the whole city, My family and i had only just moved into our first home here in New Zealand (we rented before we bought a house). We were peacefully sleeping then out of no one come this earth quake, it felt like it lasted forever. Once it was finally over we escorted out of the house and towards the street. I could hear people crying, See peoples houses torn apart and the sand that came up from the surface, We went back up our driveway to inspect our house, and we encountered a dreadful scene, A gap around our house 5 meters deep and 1 meter wide, 30 center meter crack through out our house, 1 meter gaps between doors and the worst part of all, we hadn't got insurance. So we had to move out of our humble little house and rent yet ANOTHER home, i was only 10 when all this happened so it was a terrible, terrible thing at a young age.
