What is the plugin used to create the floating islands? I want to know how to make the islands float so I can apply that to my little sisters new server.

Exactly. Custom plugin. There's others similar to it most likely. Check out dev.bukkit.org, and see what you can find.

There are several other skyblock plugins that are newer, you can check them out just do a bit of googling. But the plugin that's running on Crew's server is custom.
