Get To Know Me! Hi, My name is Mike. I am a young 13 year old student who is heading into the 8th grade this year. I am a well matured boy who was taught what is right and what is wrong and have no fear in punishing those who go against their freedom. (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada) Which languages do you speak? I was born speaking Spanish since I come from an Ecuadorian family that live in South America. I went to a Spanish speaking school with many friends until 2nd grade, when my parents saw a great opportunity I could have if I spoke both Spanish and English. So they had signed me up to another public school where they were both Spanish and English speaking students. Believe me, it was hard at the time to leave all my friends behind, but it was well worth it. I was amazed at how fast I had learned English. Both my parents and teachers were astonished by the fact that I learned English and spoke it well in exactly 2 months. I then started to get bullied a lot because of my weight, but later on I learned to become more social, and hey! Here I am going into the 8th grade in that same school where I had learned English! Hav you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) Yes, I was banned back maybe in 2013. I was banned for bridging to other players Skyblock island. At the time I was just a reckless young boy who always needed to have everything and be greater then others. Looking back at it, I could now feel how sad people had gotten when their items were stolen by just one person who could not follow the rules correctly at the time. If I could only say sorry to the people that I had committed a crime to, I would. I was selfish, and could not control my anger. I have now matured. I clearly now how my actions could affect other people mentally and physically, and know right from wrong. Why do you think you should be a mod? In my own opinion I think I should become a moderator because knowing myself, I am a helpful person. Although I may not show it in chat I always tend to help people when help is needed. I am a mature person, I know what is right from wrong, and know when a player is abusing their freedom (Breaking The Rules). I am really a nice person to hang around with, I may not have many friends on the server but I know if I get to know them, mostly everyone who agrees to talk to me will have a wonderful time. How long can you be active on the server every day? Depending if I am sick, doing schoolwork/going to school, or helping my family. I can mostly be on the server half of the day, sometimes if I have a chance I can stay online all day helping many other players. Want To Know My Schedule Over The Summer? I have been a moderator on a server with many mods, such as Pixelmon, Tekkit, Hexxit, and none-mod servers such as OP Factions,(But sadly the OP faction server I was Moderator on had shut down ever since the notice of the new EULA changes). Believe me, I had a great time hanging around with such the wonderful community of all these servers, I always feel good inside when that one person says to me "Thanks for the help Mikey!" I always want to see the smile on peoples faces when they get help to solve a situation in the non-conflicted way. Please Note: I am well aware of core protect commands and many more essential plugin commands. But by the looks of it, Moderator commands are different on this server, and I would love to the spend the time of my day learning the commands that are needed to be able to suite a responsible Moderator. Well, please warn me if it is against the rules to talk about your person life on the forums. When I was little, around 7-11 years old, I had been bullied a lot. Many of the people that treated me in a bad way made fun of how I looked, how I was getting really bad grades, and how I had mostly no friends. This had brought me to the depression stage of just staying inside my house, and having YouTube as my life/friend. When I would always go to school, I always stayed quiet and tried become less notice able (#StealthyMike). Knowing that I might of never had gotten friends. One day I was walking home when these two students approached me and started kicking me on the floor. Since play-fighting was a well know thing in my school, the security guards just turned to look, and turned their heads back around. I felt the kicks go in between my stomach and legs. I was already to the suicidal stage. Until a year later, god would send me an Angel, well 2 angels down my road. A Boy who was Ecuadorian and had the same interests as me, we came to know each other very well and became really close friends, we went to family meetings, went on family vacations and had so much fun just playing around like normal children would. Then, I heard about the news of my mom having an angel sent over who is now 11 months old and his name is Nathan. After that, my life was complete. All my depression had vanished. All I could think about then is making people happy, and helping/supporting people who felt just like me in the past. I became a well know person in school too, once all the bad students who bullied me got kicked out of the school I was located in, many students started to become my friends. Yeah, here and there I get sad, but my baby brother always changes me as soon as he has that soft baby laugh of his. I could not ask for any better things come sent down to me from god.
