Item Frames

Ok we have a shop on .org and to help our customers navigate the shop we have item frames. and every so often our item frames and the item they were holding were wiped off. We are not sure why this is happening and would like a response. We are fine with not having item frames were just wondering why they disappear and if this is happening to anyone else

 

Same here all my frames disappeared >.<

And yeah, Item frames make everything look nicer and make it easier for people to shop, If we could somehow keep them that would be.. Great!

 

Using /butcher doesnt remove item frames ( just tested on my private sever)
or did you use an other command?
