hello, here is my problem know that I wanted to become a donor 100, so I took donor50 100. once the transaction is complete jai notice that I took rank donor50, then go to a place I'm staying donor50 and not donor100

( pay to become a donor 50 but infact I was already 50 donor.
I wanted to go donor 50-100)

It does appear that your transaction it late, however only an admin can deal with donor issues. I will tag one for you, but I'm afraid you will need a little patience as the admins are very busy.

 

Fixed. You should now be donor100
