This is the thousandth suggestion on these forums, and it's a major one. Inactivity for moderators. If you're going to be inactive, it should be mandatory that you state that. If you are an inactive moderator, you should be warned that you are close to demotion if you do not get it together. That way, nobody needs to create disagreements on if demotion was necessary.

I think the warning point system is still in place.

Mods do tell if they are inactive. There is no need to make every inactivity that has been caused by a personal issue public.

At least say you're going to be inactive, no need for personal reasons unless necessary.

What if i told u that they do tell it? No one wants to post an inactivity thread to a discussion wall where everyone can read it. Its all in the mod section where stuff is safe.

We inform all the staff team of our inactivity if it creates severe gaps in our moderating. It's okay as it is, to be honest.
However that's just what I think.

I don`t understand why everyone keeps making threads about this, its not like the servers are getting destroyed because of inactive staff. Guys the staff members don`t need to tell everyone they`re going to inactive. Yes Mods serve the people of the server, but the public doesn`t need to be informed about it. That is something only to be discussed with Cyp. Personally, I think the staff members are doing a great a job at what they are doing. Can we just leave the Warning points/demotions to Cyp?

I am sick of arguing with people, my point is that people need to stop arguing so much over demotions as well. Please lock.
