I just got this ban appeal approved and was waiting to see if Demon had unbanned me. I wasn't unbanned on the day she said I would be so I checked today to find she had but Krissy had banned me too...
I haven't even been on the server since I was banned last, since I was supposed to be unbanned, would you please unban me?

I never actually got to see this as I wasn't on the forums at the time, we agreed that I would let him have an item with a name of his choice, I asked for the name and he said "5 redstone name 'diamond'" He clearly heard me ask him the name and I even confirmed the name with him, messaging him the name I was going to use.

 

I also told him he would be chosing JUST THE NAME, not the item or quantity. I made this clear.

 

It wasn't a scam in the last one as he admitted to knowing they weren't real diamonds. A scam would be offering people diamonds not 'diamond's as the quotes mean they aren't really diamonds, just a renamed item. I was selling them as a novelty item and wasn't expecting much for them.
With the redstone named '5 redstone named 'diamond'' I clearly said he would just be choosing the name and asked him for just the name. I even said he would NOT be choosing the item or quantity. I made sure to make this clear.
When he replied with something like his second message '5 redstones name 'diamond' I knew then he wanted 5 redstone all named 'diamond'. Because of this I asked him again and made it even clearer that he was just choosing the name. I also said the whole message you send me will be the name. He replied with '5 redstones name 'diamond''.

It wasn't a scam, he asked for these items.

Wait, what is the point in all this hidden content? Is it about this case? What is so secretive about it?

 

Kerahna did you not fully read my last reply? I said the first time I was selling NOVELTY items, as in renamed items named 'Diamond'. I made this clear that they were not diamonds. The second time I asked him if '5 redstones name 'diamond'' was the name he wanted and he agreed.

Both of these times was not me purposely trying to scam someone... For instance the second time I gain no advantage
naming the item something else, either way it still costs the same 5 levels of XP.

And as I keep saying, he admitted to knowing he wasn't going to get diamonds. And when you write an item's name in quotes it means it is renamed.
