Im sorry, but I don't support because of this. I think mods need to be competent forum users, so they can handle reports, ban appeals, etc.

Yes, I agree with everyone else, needs to much longer in order to help get you mod! But if you wait and learn some stuff about the server and forums you could then re try, so that you have a higher chance of getting mod!
