Not very up to date, and very vague, but it puts both types of mob heads way more than 64

By the way, when you place/destroy a Santa/Pumpkin head, the name changes to something like"Skyblock'sPumpkinHead"

 

Yes. Mine was placed before I got it. Don't think it makes much of a difference though.
