I would like to give my honest opinion. 1. I have never seen you on the server before. Never .net, .org or HB. I tend to check into the server every hour or two. There are nights where I stay up until 1 AM talking to people. I don't know why I have never seen you on. But I hope I do! 2. The server hadn't been up for 2 years. I believe it is nearing 1 1/2 years soon if not already. I don't think lying would be the best way to propose you application to Cypriot or Noobcrew. I understand that you may be just trying to get yourself, but trust me, it doesn't look good. I would also add a bit more detail to your application. I even made a picture.
