[ControllaGod] Griefing [Darkstar] [January 17th]

Firstly also I'm doing this on cheetah3008's behalf as he is only 10.

Ingame name: ControllaGod(me), cheetah3008 (cousin)(also banned)

Message: Okay, so tonight, me and my cousin were playing and he said "Look what I got" Had like 7 stacks of cobble and some other enchanted stuff. Then someone in chat was like 'cheetah just griefed me' so I'm like okay you should give it back or you might get banned. So Darkstar (mod) slowly got like everyone in chat to start chanting BAN! to us. He came to our island, we gave him the griefed stuff back and then he banned cheetah then me! So point is we know we did the wrong thing but we tried to fix it straight away.

I couldn't find the rules but I figured banning wasn't okay...

I have no idea why I was banned. (Maybe because was saying that I was his cousin and that we were going to give it back)

I think that this was an incorrect ban as we did give the stuff back as soon as we could.

Neither of us have ever been banned on any server before. Actually, cheetah got banned before for 2 hrs for placing blocks at spawn??

We think we should be unbanned because have been loyal to the server for quite some time playing everyday as active players and have never really broken any rules(that we're aware of) until today and we tried to fix our mistakes asap.

Now, reason why i banned you,was because you and your cousin had bridged to two islands, and you had griefed an entire island and looted another, even though you had suppisedly fixed your mistakes, you still had griefed two islands, and bridged as well, proof will be provided in a few hours

 

Okay, you don't need to get proof, we admit to doing wrong. We are sorry. We will never ever do it again. We've learnt our lesson. I will get cheetah to re-read the rules and make sure we are to never break any rules again.

 

So how long will our ban last?

Didn't I basically already say this at the start?

I guess we'd just play by the rules a hundred percent never break another rule or we would know what would happen. Just be fair players...And you should accept the appeal because of what I just said and that I am awesome.

 

Thankyou for considering our appeal we are grateful and truly sorry for what we have done and wont do it again. It not only causes problems for us but for the other people playing the game. We want minecraft to be a fun place for everyone to play and having people to playing by the rules is not fair to the other people. We understand now why you have banned us it is to teach us a lesson and the punishment fit the crime but I feel that we have done our time and served out sentence and should be allowed on parole for good behaviour. Like any person on parole if we commit an offence again I understand that the penalty will be higher. But a person in jail knows how long their sentence is going to be could you please advise the duration of our sentence so that we know the fate that is upon us. Again unlike others we admit that we did the crime and have done our time and are really sorry for what we have done and wont do it again. Please
