Just want to give you a view tips if your going to give this your all: Add a LOT more detail; about you, about what you do, how you'll be helpful, why you should be and are qualified for being a mod, and explain what you mean by "flying." Make the app more presentable with colors and indents. Work on your grammar, because one of the most important things for a mod is that you can speak proper English and be able to communicate correctly and properly. So, overall, it's a good app, but WAY too short. Add more about you and such; and most definitely work on your grammar. Good luck
Tell, anything that may be relevant. It is important to the players that they know who you are and what kinds of things you do in your spare time(Don't go too far with this). Tell about your personality and what you do for a living. Just tell things that help us get to know you so that we can trust you more and more. Also, make sure you do the things on my first post.

Yes, wait for feedback from players. Your grammar is better, but there are LOTS of capitalization mistakes. Check it again and then again. Make sure it is perfect. Keep adding information that would help. Also, make sure your sentences are grammatically correct. Good luck
