No I have never been banned. Why do you think you should be a mod? I believe I should be a moderator because I have been on the Skyblock Server for a very long time, I have seen the issues that players have and I want to be able to help, but with my limited abilities I am not able to do so. I have had griefing and bridging done to me and I know the damage it can cause and the devastation it can cause to an island that you have worked so very hard on. I want to help this server, I want to make it better, I want to be a helpful force on the server along with the rest of the staff. I feel I should be a moderator because I am good with people, I have great patience to deal with aggravated players, and i think I should be a moderator because I'm a problem solver. I see past the problems presented and find a hidden solution, no problem is too great for me to solve. I want to see this server stay a place where people go to have fun, not be stressed. I am pretty laid back and very negotiable but will not hesitate to bring down the hammer on those who deserve it. What qualifications do you have? My qualifications: I am an avid Minecrafter, I have been playing since it came out. I am a great problem solver. I have a very long 'fuse' so I don't blow up at people. I have a great sense of right v. wrong and only want to do what is right. I have great people skills, I can calm people down quickly. I've worked in human relations positions and support positions previously including security and HR department reps, I have also worked in retail customer service and know how to deal with issues quickly and effectively. I am also an adept programmer with experience in Java and C++. How long can you be active on the server everyday? I can be active on the server 7 days a week, from 7 pm till about 10pm ( I have schooling still and homework to do) , except on weekends when I am available almost all day. I am also available on an emergency need basis. How long have you been playing skyblock.org? I have been playing on skyblock.org for almost the entire time it has existed, however long that is. I don't really remember it has been so long. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Sadly, no I do not have any moderator experience in game but have served in real life in moderator positions such as a human relations official for a retail company, and security personnel at various trade shows and concerts, also I have worked in customer service in retail, but please don't let my lack of in-game moderator experience influence your review of this application in a negative way because I know I am more than capable of performing the duties and obligations of a Skyblock Moderator. NOTES If you are at all skeptical about the sincerity of this application, just know that nothing would make me happier than to become a Moderator and be able to help the good people of Skyblock. I feel that together we can make this server even greater than it already is. I have no intent to harm any of the wonderful players in any way and will only exercise my power when no other solution can be reached, I wanna do good things for the server and all of the people who play it.
