Why do you think you should be a mod?I think becuase i love this game, I have supported it all the way, I donate and vote as much as posible.

How long can you be active on the server everyday? 3-5 hours during weekdays but on weekends probebly about 5-7hours

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? nope wish i did but no ):

I have my own server so i have experience with server controls and stuff, Also i know how to help people with out getting them confused

Age info: i just turned 12 like 2 weeks ago but for my age im very mature and stuff like that.

Why should i be a mod more info: I think because this is the only server i ever go on i dont even go on single player this is it. 2nd i know almost every command and everything that is and isnt illegal. 3rd I love helping people out with like problems or something they just dont understand.

Me: Well i like in michigan. i have 2 brothers. Im a girl if u didnt already know. Im in junior high.

The format it ok except please include your age, the other problem is that there is hardly any info, have a look through and edit it so we have a better idea why you will be a good mod.

[try have a look at some other apps to get an idea, don't copy them though]
