Superthomas12 - ban appeal

7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? yes it was for suspisious farming which i was found innocent for.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I didn't do anything wrong. When i got banned I did two auctions 1. "totally not a diamond" and "superthomas' flesh" I have an anvil and i made both of those in my anvil, the "totally not a diamond was a piece of charcoal. The "superthomas' flesh" was a piece of rotten flesh that i made while i had a zombie skin. I auctioned both of those and, it was halfway after they were bidding on "superthomas' flesh" that i was banned. the "totally not a diamond" was a piece of charcoal and i have seen hundreds of similar auctions with named items. This was not illegal and i find it to be unjust that i was banned.

Please can someone help me i really want to get back on this is my favorite server.

To my understanding, you believe you did not do anything wrong, correct?
If so, what was your intention of auctioning a fake diamond? To trick people into thinking its a diamond while its really not, right?
This is a bannable offense, I want you to realize that.

 

I did not auction off a "fake" diamond. it was "totally NOT a diamond" and if you would do /auc info it would easily show that it was a piece of coal. Also i have seen many players auction "diamond" which is a offense because it is a trick, And they did not get banned, even when there were mods online. Also I was not trying to trick anyone, Many people have done similar auctions and i have bid on them for fun. Actually i got the "totally not a diamond" idea from a previous auction that i bid on. It turned out to be a simple cobblestone stair but it was named and i knew that i just wanted it to have fun! (which is the point of Minecraft) I have never tried to trick anyone here on this server because i know the consequences, and i love this server.

Moderators can take different actions, and I felt the need to ban. The way you named the item, it was suggesting that it was a diamond. And people can be tricked into it.

By that rule every auction that has a name like "rosewoods heart" or "mileys wrecking ball" would be a banable offence. If that is true i am very sorry and it will not happen again. the only reason i was auctioning those in the first place was to see how bad people would pay for those named items. like on one of the auctions "the sword of death" it went for 100k i have 300k and i do not need 100 bucks. I just thought it would be fun to auction them and let people have them. Also "content of this hidden block can only be seen by staff members" That does not apply to my case, because the content of the item can be seen by anyone. all they would have to do is /auc info which is something i always do before buying a named item in auction. people have auctioned all kinds of things named "iron" "emerald" and "diamond" they were not banned. and i believe that a offence that isn't actually illegal be banable when these people were not. I apologize for any inconvenience that i may have caused.

 

Also once again i was not trying to trick anyone i have 300k and do not need any auction money.
