You might want to delete your second post, it isn't really necessary. Instead, edit your first post by clicking the "edit" button near the bottom. Also, you should add more details to your application, especially concerning your opinion on why you should be a moderator, qualifications, and past experience as a moderator. Also, the second to last question means to ask how long (months/weeks/days... ) you've been playing and active on the server you apply for. Other than that, good luck.
