Kit not received

I purchased a Cobble kit about a half hour ago. I saw the message saying it was credited to my account but I was in /ma j when this happened. I tried to access the kit after I left the arena but it isn't listed as one of my kits.

Hm, odd. I'd suggest contacting a staff member because i can not actually help you with such situation involving purchases.

Last night I purchased a Cobble Kit for Skyblock.net server. After 5 minutes or so I did receive a confirmation of the receipt in game however I was in /MA J at the time. When I left the arena, my account did not have the new kit added. I've checked again this morning and my account still has not been credited. Below is a copy of my receipt.
