One issue surrounding this whole ordeal is that even if he is innocent, he still treated several mods with extreme rudeness upon investigation. As staff we have the right to investigate if a threat to the server/players is found. This might not have even happened had he not flamed Kev, Dark, Troy, and myself with such unneeded hostility. Had he simply consented to a few questions instead of threatening to report us to Cyp (for doing our jobs??) and insulting us saying things like, "Only Noobcrew can ban me! You must suck at being a mod, you don't even know what you're doing!" then we might have just brushed off the accusation made against him. Instead he decided to act hostile towards us thus resulting in said events. Really his ban message should have said Banned: Possible duping/Staff disrespect/flamming. The only reason he wasn't banned solely on that was because I wanted to find out more so we checked everything out and found almost 2 stacks of spawners and about 100 diamonds. Not mention tons of rare items that even 250 donors would have trouble getting. Just my input on the situation...

 

Doesn't duping = perm ban? Because we already displayed the proof needed.

There is 100% solid evidence of dupe.

the_dirty_ninja no matter how many apologies he gives or how many lies, there is no unban for duping.

Animatheas I gave you one more chance just to explain, doesn't mean I'm unbanning. That is ninja's decision.

Okay ninja, I already know the answer you are looking for, but I am sorry that you are not going to get it. Instead, I'm going to write one last, long explanation as to why I should be unbanned. I am going to list everything out clearly, then give an unbiased opinion on it. Please take the time to read this post.

Here is what is known:

1) The machine can dupe.
2) I took 45 diamonds out of that chest.

Here is what is not known:

1) There is no proof of me duping still, since there are no logs of me placing diamonds in the "duping machine".

Additional information (Obtained from a few sources):

1) Logs are deleted after one page of memory. (Obtained from a moderator)
2) In order to dupe, an item must be placed inside, and taken out with a profit. (The logs do not prove I put anything inside, both from the chest, and the droppers. Yes, they "magically appeared" as it seems, however this simply means that someone had put something in, the logs were erased, and I took them out. It does not say, "Animatheas put in 5x diamonds, Animatheas took out 15x diamonds.")
3) Multiple friends have tried out the machine, and the moderator that showed the "duping" said that it only works with kit items. Several of my friends have went to my island, and tested it out, given the exact information PeinRii had given them. This can mean one thing: The items placed inside were stacked items.
4) I have provided somewhat convincing evidence as to how I obtained those items. Please don't ignore that in your decision (Pages 3 and 4)

Well, now that I have shown what is known and what is unknown, I am going to write my unbiased assessment on it. The series of droppers are connected all the way down to my slot machine room, and the reason as to why I created it was to create an automatic slot machine system like Sleepyhead's. It would consist of an item being put in the last dropper, and the item would be transported up to the chest where I would receive it. However, after a day, I noticed that the sound of the droppers transporting items up was too loud, and I simply destroyed it. Then, today ARCdirty messaged me saying, "you have rares for sale?" Of course I said I did, as I was trying to sell 15 lily pads. ARCdirty accepted my offer of 45 diamonds, and after teleporting to me I asked him to place it in the large doublechest with no sign on it. Instead, he wanted an empty chest, and I quickly destroyed the sign and we did the trade.

So right now, whether I am believed or not, I am going to tell you that I obtained those items legitimately.

On the topic of disrespect, I am going to state I am first sorry, however I need to point out that I have never sworn to any of you guys, and was simply trying to have some moderators do a better job. How would you feel if two moderators came up to you and said you dupe?

How can you take time to make a duping machine and not use it? None the less you make a machine that exploited the game. It just doesn't add up, why would you make a duping machine and not use it?

 

It was supposed to be an automatic slot machine system, with no correlation to a dupe whatsoever. The items are transported up to me, and I receive the bets and press the button. The problem is that, even if I found out it duped, I would have reported it, and when I tested the transporting system with cobblestone, there was no dupe. I got 64 cobble back.

 

Please actually take the time to read what I wrote, instead of constantly telling me that I have been lying, which I have not.

 

I have not lied, and you can check the logs.

 

There is evidence of an item transporter than 'can' dupe, but no evidence of me actually duping. Also, the pictures clearly show that I have obtained wealth from buying low, selling high. Also, I have sold around 5 stacks of hellblock cobble to Kroniq, giving me an immense profit.

There is no evidence to suggest that I actually duped. You are only 'assuming' that I did it.
