A Rating System for Moderator Applications

Hey guys, I have a new idea that will make it easier for people to grade mod apps. A rating system that ranges from -1 to +1. This has been implemented on forums that I have been on before, and works very well. -1 of course means that you think the person is not ready, +0 means that you kinda of see them being ready for mod, but they need some improvement, and +1 means they are completely ready. Just an idea, post your feelings towards this idea below.

 

Nice suggestion but I don't think it should be added. Reason is because people can probably cheat +1 ratings by making new accounts over and over.

Also, Noobcrew doesn't hire because the most thread has +1 ratings or it has more comments,views etc.

People could just make new accounts anyway and give themselves good review. And also, it helps the app maker know how he did, but I do understand your point of view.

 

Only known members+could vote? Also, mods could check the IP's.

Not sure, that is why I said I think. Yes, people can probably make new accounts just to comment or whatever but if you ever been admin/mod on forums if you notice where it says "New" on a reply normally it says IP Address: 127.0.0.1 then the person IP lol. Unless they don't have that
