4. Did you read the rules ? Yes i read all of them when I joined
5. Why do YOU think you were banned?I was using fire aspect on people.(I dont mean to blame this, this is just what happened) This guy Endergolem killed me at spawn with his Fire aspect sword and stole some melons, A stack of cobble and a couple of gold nuggets when i tried to hit him i sometimes missed and hit other people and i later appologized in the chat room, I admit that I tried to kill him in revenge and hit other people and I am really really sorry. I swear I did not steal anybody's stuff.
6. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I am really really sorry!! I admit I hit Endergolem and other People, Please forgive me I promise I will never use a fire aspect sword on people. Tell the Donors I am Really sorry for not listening to their comments. Please unban me!!! :'( this is my favorite server to play on, have several friends on an island, and I play on this almost everyday, :'( . I promise I will never use my fire aspect ever again i will let the moderators inspect my place for fire aspect swords. I swear i will never abuse the rules, I will not spam, grief, or break any rules. most importantly I will NEVER bring fire aspect swords to any populated location. I am REALLY really sorry I ever had done this. I have learned my lesson and I Will never try to attempt to kill anybody ever. I AM VERY VERY sorry to those who I had harmed during my wrong actions. To make it up also I will make sure it never happens again with me and i will enforce these rules and make sure NO ONE will ever use fire aspect when im around Ive told the complete truth I swear I never told a lie through this, please trust this letter. this is your 4th thread asking to be unbanned. You dont seem to have any patience since all your posts are identical. start anymore threads and i will suggest that you are banned from the forums for spamming.

 

xelnagahunter i didnt mean to make that much i didnt know what to title it and i tried to revise them the two were revisions one was a mess up. i am so sorry i didnt mean to i saw that one of the mods said to post it with this title im so sorry that i did that im not trying to spam in any way im so so so sorry if i meant any harm through this please forgive me for all of the wrong actions ive brought to you and skyblock

 

id like to note here that no mod may unban you. noobcrew baned you and only he may unban you. that said... noobcrew never unbans users. not that i have seen at least.

 

i dont know if noobcrew banned me for sure because it didnt say on my page on minecraft when i tried to log in so im assuming that noobcrew banned me because he left a comment saying "both banned, thanks" on the article "fire aspects at spawn" in the report section thank you for the info and if you could message me back thanks

 

This is definitely a ban by Crew, for abusing a bug. I don't see you getting unbanned anytime soon.

 

ok Ill be ready when I do :'( I love this server and if i do get unbanned I swear never to use fire aspect, I learned my lesson the hard way thanks and again ill be ready

 

I believe that if he bans someone then us mods are able to take control of the appeal collectively and come up to a final decision. IF crew himself decides against the appeal himself then we as mods will not be able to do anything. In other words, we come up with a decision and crew can override it if he wishes.

 

Well what do you guys think? I believe a slightly extended temp ban would be a good call. After all, he was causing item loss and such to users in a public area. This allows for multiple users to die and lose important items, and for users to pick up items they shouldn't have such as dirt. But thats my though.

 

I think that would be good as well. 2 - 3 weeks in my opinion.
